Focus
This program presents an in-depth analysis of several complex financial issues that are commonly litigated in family law cases. It will guide you from a basic understanding of the fundamentals to the high level of expertise you need to effectively handle these complex issues during trial. Along with a substantive analysis of the governing law, the instructors will provide you with practical illustrations of how to put on your case, including how to handle evidentiary issues under People v. Sanchez.
