Court Companion™ is a highly condensed version of California Family Law Practice™ (CFLP™) for use as an in-court reference tool. In order to reduce this work to a manageable and convenient size, language and citation style have been abbreviated. In addition, chapters from CFLP™ that would be infrequently consulted in court (Chapters H (Interstate Custody) and O (Bankruptcy)) have been omitted. The sections in Court Companion™ approximately parallel CFLP™ sections.
