Psychological and Counseling Aspects of Family Law

 

Explore the counseling role often experienced by family law attorneys . . .

Whether you're a specialist or just want to brush up on your skills, you won't want to miss this basic seminar presented by Dr. Steven Sparta. This program is being given in conjunction with our Advanced Family Law Course (AFLC), which helps prepare attorneys for the CFLS exam. The Psychological & Counseling program will cover family systems, child development, domestic violence, child abuse, referral to mental health professionals, and client stress.

 

Audiocassettes: Psychological and Counseling Aspects of Family Law tapes have been approved for Specialization & MCLE credit in the hours listed. Note: Special rules limit the number of MCLE hours earned through self-study. For further information contact the State Bar of California .

 

 

   

Format and Credits

• One full day of presentation (live or video)
• Six hours of MCLE credit
• Six hours of specialization credit in Family Law by the CBLS
