	REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION Confirmation of your registration will be sent. Retain a copy of your completed registration form. If you do not preregister, be sure to call to confirm space is still available, and that there are no changes in location or times.
	SPECIAL RATES ON ROOMS IMPORTANT: Although hotels block rooms at a special rate, these rooms & rates may no longer be available within one month of the seminar. RESERVE EARLY! When reserving your rooms, don't forget to let the hotel know you are a CFLR registrant!
	REGISTRATION DEADLINES THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS • Early Bird registration must be received by December 30, 2010. • Advance Registration must be received by the dates noted. • Any attendee making a payment after noted deadline dates will be considered an at-door registrant. Please be sure to sign up early to avoid the extra fee.
	REGISTRATION FEES CONFIRMATION Confirmation Will be Sent: Retain a copy of your completed registration form. REFUNDS 80% refund with written cancellation notice postmarked 10 days prior to start of seminar you selected. No refunds thereafter.
