Hours

All registrants should be at the seminar by 8:00 a.m. to complete registration and receive course materials. The formal course begins promptly at 9:00 a.m. There will be time for questions at the end of each day's session.

Registration Confirmation

Confirmation of your registration will be sent. Retain a copy of your completed registration form. If you do not preregister, be sure to call to confirm space is still available, and that there are no changes in location or times.

Special Rates on Rooms

Discounted sleeping rooms have been reserved, but you need to BOOK EARLY as the hotels may become unavailable as early as one month prior to the course dates.

• Advance Registration must be received by 5:00 p.m. on dates noted.
Any attendee making a payment after noted deadline dates will be considered an at-door registrant. Please be sure to sign up early to avoid the extra fee.
