Family Law Experts Series:
Evidence

Sessions Closed!

Focus

California Family Law Report (CFLR) is proud to present a new segment in the Family Law Experts Series - Evidence. This full-day course will provide family law attorneys with the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully present evidence and make proper objections in a hearing or trial. You will develop a strong working knowledge of the basics as well as sophisticated nuances of evidentiary presentations under the Evidence Code, with specific application to family law. This is an interactive program - you will rule on evidentiary objections and the speakers will explain the proper rulings. For novices and seasoned practitioners alike, this is another don’t-miss event in the Family Law Experts Series.
