	HOURS & MATERIALS Course Hours: All registrants should be at the seminar by 8:00 a.m. to complete registration and receive course materials. The formal course begins promptly at 9:00 a.m. Materials: Course materials consist of a complete print version of all slides and worksheets used by the presenters, along with other pertinent supplemental documentation. Questions & Answers: Hon. Etta O. Gillivan (Ret.) will be available to meet attendees and answer questions during both Family Law 101 and Nuts & Bolts (dates to be announced).
	REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION Confirmation of your registration will be sent. If you do not preregister, be sure to call to confirm that space is still available and that there are no changes in location or times.
	SPECIAL RATES ON ROOMS Discounted sleeping rooms have been reserved, but you need to BOOK EARLY as they may become unavailable a few weeks before the course begins.
	TUITION DEADLINES THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS Early Bird and Advance Registration must be received by 5 p.m. on the dates noted. Any attendee making a payment after the deadline date for Advance Registration will be considered an at-door registrant. Please be sure to sign up early to avoid the extra fee.
	REGISTRATION FEES REFUNDS 80% refund with written cancellation notice postmarked 10 days prior to start of seminar you selected. No refunds thereafter. ADDITIONAL FEES $75 split registration; $50 each change in location.
